Catching Up...

Hello Everybody! I do believe that I am back for good now, at least that is what it appearing like now. I have been really busy with my church job and child-sitting. However, they are going well and I am finally starting to not feel like I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off. So, that is very promising.

I am taking a Nutrition class right now and really learning how to plan a truly healthy menu. It is very neat to learn about how your body processes food and what nutrients are in what. I am very excited about putting all that I am learning to good use. I am also excited because I will be completely finished with all of the classes I need to earn my BA degree. I was trying to get some other classes finished in the spring and summer but they didn't work out. However, come December 16th I will be as free as a bird and I will graduate in May (FINALLY)!
